1. Company Information

Sequence Golf Carts (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a private company registered in South Africa under registration number 2021/591540/07, VAT number 4620123456, with its registered address at 19 Chennel, Eskom Road, Brackenfell, Brackenfell, 7560, South Africa.

2. Pricing & VAT

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT.
• Prices exclude delivery fees (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a written order confirmation. We may decline any order at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Payment Methods

• EFT / bank transfer
• Credit and debit cards via Payfast
• Financing through our partnered lenders (subject to credit approval)

5. Warranties

Every cart includes a minimum 2-year comprehensive warranty covering the drivetrain, motor and batteries, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Warranty claims are processed through our Brackenfell workshop. Consumables and normal wear items are excluded.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the purchase price of the cart concerned.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
