Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price displayed on our website includes 15% VAT. The price you see on the product page is the total price you pay — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is free within Gauteng. For all other provinces we charge a flat rate of R3 500. Your cart arrives on a covered vehicle, fully charged, inspected and road-tested. Typical delivery time is 5–14 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

Can I return a golf cart if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return window on all new carts, provided the cart is returned in the same condition it was delivered, with less than 20 km added and no modifications. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the full process and exclusions.

What warranty do I get?

Accepted Answer

Every cart — new or certified pre-owned — includes a minimum 2-year comprehensive warranty covering the drivetrain, motor and batteries. Club Car Onward and Tempo models include a 3-year limited warranty. Warranty claims are handled by our in-house workshop in Brackenfell.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we work with leading South African lenders to offer flexible financing terms. Applications are typically approved within 24 hours. We also accept EFT, credit/debit cards via Payfast, and generous trade-ins on your current cart.

Are street-legal carts allowed on public roads in South Africa?

Accepted Answer

Street-legal carts like the E-Z-GO Express S4 can be used on registered municipal roads in South Africa, subject to the National Road Traffic Act (NRTA) registration requirements. We assist with the registration process for all our street-legal models.

Do you take trade-ins?

Absolutely. We accept trade-ins on any brand of golf cart, in any condition. Send us a few photos via WhatsApp and we'll provide a valuation within one business day, which you can apply toward your new cart.

Can I test drive before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Visit our Brackenfell showroom between 08:00–17:00 on weekdays or 09:00–13:00 on Saturdays to test drive any of the 40+ carts in stock. No appointment needed, but booking ahead guarantees your model is available.

Question 9

How often should I charge my cart?

Accepted Answer

Charge your cart after every use — lithium and lead-acid batteries both prefer staying topped up. Always use the charger supplied with your cart and never leave it disconnected for more than a week.

Do you service carts you didn't sell?

Yes. Our Brackenfell workshop services all brands and models of electric golf carts, including carts purchased elsewhere. Book a service via the contact form or call us directly.

Question 11

What maintenance does a golf cart need?

Accepted Answer

Regular maintenance is simple: monthly tyre pressure checks, quarterly battery water top-ups (for lead-acid), and an annual full service by our technicians. Every cart we sell includes a free first service at 6 months or 500 km.
