Are your golf carts new or used?

Both, and every one is honestly labelled. We sell brand-new E-Z-GO, Club Car and Yamaha carts as an authorised dealer, plus certified pre-owned carts that have passed our full 63-point inspection and road test. Each listing states the condition, year model and battery age upfront, and you receive a written build sheet at handover.

What warranty do you offer?

New carts carry the full manufacturer warranty plus our own 2-year limited warranty on batteries and drivetrain. Certified pre-owned carts carry a 2-year limited warranty on the drivetrain and a minimum 12-month warranty on batteries, with the option to extend. Warranty work is done in our own Brackenfell workshop using genuine parts, never outsourced.

How does nationwide delivery work?

We deliver every cart by insured freight from our Brackenfell facility. Delivery is free within Gauteng and a flat R3 500 to every other province, quoted on your invoice before you pay. In-stock carts are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment and typically arrive in 5-14 business days. You receive a carrier tracking number and a delivery window, and our driver offloads with a tilt tray or ramps at your address at no extra charge.

Can I visit your facility or collect my cart myself?

You are very welcome to visit us at 19 Chennel, Eskom Road, Brackenfell by appointment to view stock, test-drive a cart and meet the team. Because our facility is a working preparation and dispatch site rather than a shopping-centre showroom, we do ask for an appointment so a specialist can give you undivided attention, and we don't offer casual same-day pickup, since every cart is prepared, inspected and settled before it leaves.

Do I pay online during checkout?

Accepted Answer

No. Checkout collects your contact and delivery details only. There is no online card payment. Once you submit your order request, a cart specialist contacts you within 1 business day to confirm stock, accessories, lead time and delivery costs, and then arranges payment by EFT or through an approved finance partner.

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with established South African asset-finance lenders and can arrange approval in as little as 24 hours for qualifying buyers, including instalment finance for individuals and lease or rental structures for companies, estates and lodges. We'll send you a simple checklist and handle the paperwork with you.

Can I trade in my current golf cart?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Send us photos of your cart, its year and battery age, and we'll give you a firm trade-in valuation, whatever the brand. If you accept, we collect the cart when we deliver your new one, or arrange collection first if you prefer. Trade-ins are reconditioned in our own workshop and resold as certified pre-owned stock.

Do you supply estates, lodges, mines and fleets?

Accepted Answer

Fleet supply is a core part of our business. We regularly deliver to golf estates, game lodges, hotels, municipalities, mines, security companies and event venues, with fleet pricing, scheduled multi-cart delivery, optional branded livery, on-site driver training and planned maintenance contracts.

What happens if something goes wrong after delivery?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll resolve it: repairs under warranty, a replacement cart, or collection for a full refund if the cart isn't as described. We also stock parts, offer service intervals and can arrange lithium upgrades, tyres, canopies and custom builds for the full life of your cart.

Do you deliver outside South Africa?

We regularly quote and export to Namibia, Botswana, Eswatini and Lesotho. Cross-border orders are handled as a separate quotation covering freight, insurance and export documentation. Talk to a specialist and we'll arrange it end to end.

Question 11

How often should I charge my cart?

Accepted Answer

Charge your cart after every use. Lithium and lead-acid batteries both prefer staying topped up. Always use the charger supplied with your cart and never leave it disconnected for more than a week.

Do you service carts you didn't sell?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Brackenfell workshop services all brands and models of electric golf carts, including carts purchased elsewhere. Book a service via the contact form or call us directly.

What maintenance does a golf cart need?

Accepted Answer

Regular maintenance is simple: monthly tyre pressure checks, quarterly battery water top-ups (for lead-acid), and an annual full service by our technicians. Every cart we sell includes a free first service at 6 months or 500 km.
